How Aspire Works — isometric landing page hero

About the Project

When we entered the Indonesian market in 2024, our biggest challenge was the "trust hurdle". Many business owners were genuinely worried about the safety of their funds in a digital-first world—a common barrier we see across global fintech. To bridge this gap, we built a dedicated landing page to pull back the curtain on how Aspire actually works, highlighting our solid security and modern infrastructure. It was a massive team effort involving marketing, tech, and legal to turn complex "back-end" details into a clear, transparent narrative that replaces doubt with credibility.

The project objectives are...

01

Building Credibility

Creating a transparent narrative that turned digital skepticism into professional confidence.

02

Strategic Visual Storytelling

Translated complex financial systems into a strategic visual narrative that explains the "how" and "why" behind our security in a way that's easy to digest.

03

Cross-functional Collaboration

Partnered with marketing, tech, and legal teams to ensure every design choice was technically accurate, compliant, and strategically aligned with business goals.

The Discovery & Problem Statement

We kicked this off by collaborating across teams to pinpoint why some founders still hesitated to leave traditional banks. The core issue wasn't just tech. it was actually "the trust" where users feared for the safety of their funds.

"The trust" issue...

Our team on the ground still regularly get questions around Aspire's status as a financial institution and related concerns, especially from founders, investors, funds, and more traditional businesses.

Asset protection

"What happens if Aspire fails?"

Founders feared losing their entire operating capital if a digital provider went under.

Similar questions we've got:

  • "Who legally owns the cash in my account if Aspire faces liquidation?"
  • "What is Aspire's institutional credit rating or financial backing?"

Audiences

CFO Business owners VC Partners

Co-branding trust

"Where do my actual funds sit?"

Unlike traditional physical banks, digital apps feel abstract. Users wanted proof.

Similar questions we've got:

  • "What explicit compliance licenses protect our funds under regional regulatory standards?"
  • "Why should our newly incorporated company choose a fintech over a traditional legacy bank?"

Audiences

Business owners CorpSec Partners

High-value operation

"How do we handle massive transfers safely?"

High-value business accounts have higher risk sensitivity than retail users.

Similar questions we've got:

  • "Can Aspire assign an Account Manager for all accounts?"
  • "How are anomalous or high-value transfer patterns flagged and secured in real-time?"

Audiences

CFO Business owners Operation Mgr

Support visibility

"Who can I contact if things break after hours?"

Fear of automated AI chatbots when real money is on the line, especially with no hotlines.

Similar questions we've got:

  • "Who can we contact about getting our funds when Aspire closes down?"
  • "Is there a direct human escalation path available inside the app?"

Audiences

CFO Business owners

The hypothesis...

Many prospective business clients remain highly unfamiliar with the backend mechanics of a "fintech" operating model, triggering immediate anxiety regarding the legal safety and custody of their corporate funds. Driven by this trust deficit, they default to legacy traditional institutions as a survival mechanism—willingly sacrificing modern operational efficiency and choosing a traditional bank even when it fails to meet their actual day-to-day business needs.

Exploring the direction

Based on our research, I developed several visual directions to address the core problems we identified earlier. Each concept uses supportive graphics to translate technical and complex details into a clear and easy-to-digest visual.

Option #1

A visual that shows Aspire somehow being the "bridge" between the past (safety & security of 1000 year old financial institutions) and the future (endless possibilities and achievements with technology)

Exploration — Aspire as the bridge between past and future

Option #2

The combination between both aspects (security + technology) within one unified system (Aspire), with the tagline: combining the security of the past with the innovation of tomorrow.

Exploration — security and technology in one unified system

Option #3

Mountain analogy — Aspire is like a high mountain, with strong fundamentals (Partner bank layer), and multiple peaks as you go higher (Payments infrastructure, and world-class financial tools.)

Exploration — mountain analogy for Aspire's layered strength

Building the concept

The messaging: This is how modern finance work, rest assured you are in good hands, thousands of others have chosen us for a reason. With Aspire, you're empowered to make quick, informed decisions, ensuring your business not only stays secure but also thrives in today's dynamic market. This is how the future of business works—combining the security of the past with the innovation of tomorrow.

We go with isometric visuals...

I moved forward by combining the "mountain" and the "unified system" approach. I developed this direction through isometric visuals because it helps to explain complex financial infrastructure in an engaging way and easy to understand at a glance.

page structure...

Hero

Stability Meets Innovation

First, we open the page by directly addressing the psychological tension between legacy bank safety and modern speed. We need this section to hook hesitant founders immediately by showing them they can get the best of both worlds without risking their funds.

The core system

Layer 1: The Foundation

This section will tackle the user's biggest fear head-on: fund safety. Here, we pull back the curtain on our financial architecture to show that customer deposits sit securely with Tier-1 partners like DBS, establishing instant institutional credibility.

Layer 2: Payments Infrastructure

Next, we transition from security to utility. This part of the page shows business owners how our engine executes seamless international transfers with absolute cost transparency and zero hidden fees.

Layer 3: The Tech and AI

Finally, we introduce the day-to-day software control deck. This section will prove that robust security doesn't mean a slow workflow by showcasing our multi-admin approval tracks, spending limits, and automated analytics.

Trust validation

Credibility and Proof

We use this space to neutralize the potential client hesitation through sheer social proof. Showing our massive global business network makes the move away from traditional banks feel standard and completely safe.
